VAT

EU Countries

Irish VAT at 23.0% is included in the RRP for all EU customers.

UK VAT is included on all UK orders. There are no extra charges on delivery.

Helmets are VAT free, 0% VAT.

International Countries (United States, Canada, Australia etc)

International customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT, but you will be responsible for paying import duty and taxes for your own country.

FedEx contact you in advance of your order’s arrival and they will process the tax payment on behalf of your country’s revenue department.

Delivery costs shown on our delivery page do not form part of the VAT and duty payment, they are specifically for delivering the package to the destination. VAT and duty costs are in addition to the delivery costs.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you receive the LittleBig bike and it does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days. It’s up to the customer to ensure the bike is appropriately packed to protect it from damage on the return journey. We must get the bike back in perfect, unused & saleable condition to issue a full refund.

Shipping costs to be handled by the customer.

Our return address is LittleBig bikes, Unit 2, Quarantine Hill, Wicklow Town, Ireland. Once we have received the item and have checked that it’s in a perfect resaleable condition, we will issue the refund to the same card/ payment method you originally paid with. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to re-appear in your bank account. If you have any questions, you can get in touch on the contact us page or by replying to any of the confirmation emails we send you.

For orders made between October to December for Christmas gifts, we will extend returns timeframe until the end of January.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on the LittleBig frame and fork with a 2-year warranty on components – for the original owner only. This excludes wear and tear for smaller parts such as brake cables, noodles, inner tubes. We cover any obvious manufacturing defects – not covered are damages caused by neglect, crashes, misusage or wear and tear. All you need to do is contact us, then send us a picture of the damage, and we will help get your child back on their bike as quickly as possible.

Making Your Purchase

Once you have made a purchase through our shop page, we will contact you at the supplied e-mail address to confirm your purchase and delivery details. We aim to process each order within 1 working day, though this may extend to 3 days during busy periods. Once we have processed your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail to tell you that the LittleBig is on its way. Delivery times vary by country so please check out our delivery page for estimated transit times. All packages are tracked by either DPD or AnPost depending on the destination.

Payments

You can pay for your LittleBig on our checkout page using secure Shopify secure payment gateway or Paypal which accept all major credit cards.

Your account will be debited immediately for both in-stock items and for pre-orders. For pre-orders, as soon as your item is in stock we will dispatch your item and you will receive a confirmation email so you know the bike is on its way.

We value your security and have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site. All of your sensitive details are kept on a secure server with its own SSL security certificate so you can rest assured that our shop is totally safe to use.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies in Ireland and the UK on orders over €100. For delivery prices to other countries and for orders less than €100, check out our delivery page.
