If you receive the LittleBig bike and it does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days. It’s up to the customer to ensure the bike is appropriately packed to protect it from damage on the return journey. We must get the bike back in perfect, unused & saleable condition to issue a full refund. 

Shipping costs to be handled by the customer.
