Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will normally be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it in accordance with our Returns Policy once it has been delivered.

For any international orders that are refused in transit due to non payment of taxes, we will refund the balance, less both the outward and return shipping cost. 

Pre-orders

From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order before stock is available.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us and we will arrange a refund.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a standard order and our normal Returns Policy will apply.
