Irish VAT at 23.0% is included in the RRP for all EU customers.
Helmets are VAT free, 0% VAT.
Non – EU Countries
International customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT, but you will be responsible for paying import duty and taxes for your own country.
This includes customers from the UK who ordered after January 1st 2021. DPD handle the taxes for UK customers and they will text and email you in relation to the customs payment.
Other international destinations are usually handled by your local post network (USPS for USA, CanadaPost for Canada etc, AusPost for Australia etc.) The delivery company will contact you in advance of your order’s arrival and they will process the tax payment on behalf of your country’s revenue department.
Delivery costs shown on our delivery page do not form part of the VAT and duty payment, they are specifically for delivering the package to the destination. VAT and duty costs are in addition to the delivery costs.

If you buy a product from us and it does not meet your expectations, you can return the product in perfect, unused & saleable condition within 30 days of dispatch for a full refund. Shipping costs to be handled by the customer.
Our return address is LittleBig bikes, Unit 2, Quarantine Hill, Wicklow Town, Ireland. Once we have received the item and have checked that it’s in a perfect resaleable condition we will issue the refund to the same card/ payment method you originally paid with. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to re-appear in your bank account. If you have any questions you can contact us here or by replying to any of the confirmation emails we have sent you.
For orders made between October to December for Christmas gifts, we will extend returns timeframe until the end of January.
We offer a 5 year warranty period on the LittleBig frame and fork with a 2-year warranty on all components – for the original owner only. We cover any obvious defects – not covered are damages caused by neglect, crashes, misusage or general wear and tear. All you need to do is contact us, then send us a picture of the damage and we will help get your child back on their bike as quickly as possible.
Making Your Purchase
Once you have made a purchase through our shop page, we will contact you at the supplied e-mail address to confirm your purchase and delivery details. We aim to process each order within 1 working day, though this may extend to 3 days during busy periods. Once we have processed your order we will send a confirmation e-mail to tell you that the LittleBig is on its way. Delivery times vary by country so please check out our delivery page so you know when to keep an eye out for the courier.
You can pay for your LittleBig on our checkout page using secure payment gateways Stripe or Paypal which accept all major credit cards.
Your account will be debited immediately for both in-stock items and for pre-orders. For pre-orders, as soon as your item is in stock we will dispatch your item and you will receive a confirmation email so you know the bike is on its way.
You can also pay at the checkout using bank transfer, please quote your order reference on your bank lodgement as your order will not be shipped until the funds have been cleared through our account.
